Packed in an eco-shipping box from Biopack, with tracing paper and a sticker made of recycled paper

- Strong magnet with adhesive layer on the back
This is how you keep them beautiful
- Clean with a dry, soft cloth
- Avoid aggressive cleaning agents and abrasive sponges
- The mylar layer protects the print, but is not completely scratch-resistant
Rough sliding or unprotected stacking may cause fine scratches to become visible, especially in bright light and at very close range. - In the packaging we place thin sheets of paper between the magnets
If you want to save them or take them with you later, use an intermediate layer if you want to keep the finish nice and smooth for a long time.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our production usually takes 1 to 3 business days. Shipping within Belgium then takes 1 to 2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link once your package has been shipped.
Can I use multiple photos for my magnets?
Yes, you can upload multiple photos. When ordering, choose whether you want a set of 4 or 8 magnets and upload your favorite photos for each. Want more? Feel free to add multiple orders. Need a lot? Contact us for a bulk order or special requests.
Are my photos stored securely?
Absolutely! We only use your photos to produce your order. Afterward, they're automatically deleted from our system. We do always ask your permission to use your photos for our social media or promotional videos. If you'd rather not be featured, that's perfectly fine; you choose what feels right when ordering.
Can I return my order?
Because our products are personalized, they cannot be returned. We will, of course, always resolve any errors or damage – please feel free to contact us at support@notjustmagnets.be.
