How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our production usually takes 1 to 3 business days. Shipping within Belgium then takes 1 to 2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link once your package has been shipped.
Can I use multiple photos for my magnets?
Yes, you can upload multiple photos. When ordering, choose whether you want a set of 4 or 8 magnets and upload your favorite photos for each. Want more? Feel free to add multiple orders. Need a lot? Contact us for a bulk order or special requests.
Are my photos stored securely?
Absolutely! We only use your photos to produce your order. Afterward, they're automatically deleted from our system. We do always ask your permission to use your photos for our social media or promotional videos. If you'd rather not be featured, that's perfectly fine; you choose what feels right when ordering.
Can I return my order?
Because our products are personalized, they cannot be returned. We will, of course, always resolve any errors or damage – please feel free to contact us at support@notjustmagnets.be.
